Here's the plan...God wants us to live with Him forever after we die. That is only possible if we live a life without sin. Sin is all the bad things we do, like lying or stealing or being rude to our brothers and sisters. So if we sin, instead of going to Heaven which is the plave we go to live with God after we die, we got to Hell. Yes... Hell. Hell is a very real place. The devil is real, too. Okay, before you change the channel, because obviously all have sinned (you included), let me tell you how God made up for all our flaws. So we don't have to go to Hell instead of Heaven, God sent His son Jesus to take our sins away. However, to do this, blood had to be shed and that blood was Jesus. He was cruelly murdered by the government of that time in history and was buried in a stone tomb at the age of 33. But he didn't stay there! After three days, Jesus rose from the dead, visited some friends, and then went back to Heaven in a cloud. Now we don't have to be perfect to go to Heaven! We simply must repent (saying you are sorry and doing your best to clean up your act) of your sins, believe in Jesus as your Savior (meaning savior from a life in Hell and from your sins) and Lord (meaning letting Him control your life), and you are Heaven bound if you do this in all sincereity!
